张镇海，南方医科大学生物信息系主任、南方医院心内科教授，博士生导师。2011年于美国宾州州立大学获生物信息学与基因组学博士，曾在美国哥伦比亚大学和NIH疫苗研究中心任博士后研究员。自2007年开始，主要工作领域为生物医学大数据的分析挖掘系统开发并应用所开发的系统解决关键的生物和医学问题。其中在2007到2011年攻读博士期间，开发了一套核小体及组蛋白修饰的免疫共沉淀测序分析系统并应用之对真核生物中核小体的组织结构原理进行了创新性的研究，诠释了核小体在基因组中有序排列的原理。该工作以第一作者分别发表于Cell和Science，参与作者论文发表于Genes & Development。从2011年开始，致力于免疫组库测序(Antibody Repertoire Sequencing, Rep-seq)的实验和分析系统开发与相关问题的解决。设计并开发了一套国际领先的抗体组学分析系统，并利用该系统对四种不同结合模式的抗体组学数据进行分析和挖掘，从海量数据中找出了HIV-1广谱中和抗体的家系成员，并阐述了其产生和成熟的关键问题，为HIV-1疫苗设计提供了高质量的靶点。方法学文章以第一作者发表于Frontiers in Immunology (IF:5.695)，应用文章第一作者发表于Cell，参与作者发表于 Nature、Science、Immunity等。在2002至2007年期间，在新加坡分子生物研究所(IMCB)利用基因芯片(MicroArray)研究斑马鱼的肝脏发育，相关文章以第一作者发表于Developmental Biology, Developmental Dynammics及PLoS One。目前在南方医科大学从事HIV-1广谱抗体筛选及成熟通路、IgA 肾炎、地中海贫血及斑马鱼转录调控网络等方面的研究，相关方法学文章发表于Frontiers in Immunology(2016)，应用文章发表于Cell (2015)。
