  生命起始于雌性配子-卵母细胞与雄性配子-精子的结合。研究组以小鼠、非人灵长类和临床样本为材料,致力于揭示(1)卵母细胞发生、减数分裂成熟机制;(2)受精机理。

研究内容和目标:
研究组主要研究哺乳动物卵母细胞发生、减数分裂成熟机制及受精机理,阐明卵母细胞的质量控制机制及贡献于生命起始的独特机理。我们的研究结果将有助于人类生殖疾病和出生缺陷的预防和治疗。
