课题组近期研究工作: 合作开发了真核细胞RNA-染色质互作组原位捕获的高通量测序技术GRID-seq(nature biotech. 2017) 优化了GRID-seq方法并开发了RNA-染色质互作组整合分析工具GridTools(nature prot. 2019) | 研究内容与方向: 实验室主要聚焦多细胞互作微环境中细胞的身份决定与维持、细胞间协作和组织、器官衰老与再生等科学问题,运用计算生物学与大规模高通量实验技术相结合的方法,从功能基因组学、表观遗传学、染色质高级结构以及单细胞生物学等多个生物学层面,系统性地阐释多细胞微环境的性质、功能与分子调控机制。 代表性发表论文: - Bing Zhou, Xiao Li, Daji Luo, Do-Hwan Lim, Yu Zhou, and Xiang-Dong Fu.
