周琪组招聘博士后

中国科学院动物研究所周琪研究组招聘博士后。周琪研究组长期从事体细胞重编程的研究,在胚胎干细胞、诱导多能性干细胞(iPS细胞)、干细胞分化与转分化机制方面开展了大量的工作,拥有完善的发育生物学、胚胎生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学设施和平台,因工作发展需要,欲招聘博士后1-3名。

招聘主要方向

  1. 体细胞重编程机理、新技术新方法的研究;
  2. 基于高通量筛选,研究多能性干细胞多能性调控规律;
  3. 人胚胎干细胞分化,并利用动物模型开展细胞移植和治疗的研究。

应聘条件

  1. 发育生物学、干细胞生物学、免疫学、医学等相关领域已获得或将于近期获得博士学位;专业知识扎实。
  2. 熟练掌握基本的细胞及分子生物学技术,掌握干细胞培养及诱导分化技术以及在动物胚胎操作,动物模型和行为学方面有实际工作经验者优先考虑;
  3. 具有良好的英文文献阅读、写作和口头表达能力,在相关领域以第一作者发表过SCI论文,已发表过较高水平的研究论文者优先考虑;
  4. 具有较强的独立工作能力,富有责任心和协作精神;
  5. 身体健康,能长期稳定工作。
