王皓毅研究组招聘博士后启事

  中国科学院动物研究所王皓毅研究组招聘博士后。王皓毅研究员长期进行人类多能性干细胞和小鼠模型的基因工程技术开发,于2014年在动物所组建实验室。本研究组主要研究兴趣为新型基因工程技术的开发与应用。近期研究方向为:1. 研究TALENCRISPR基因编辑技术的特性,提高其效率和特异性。2. 在造血干细胞和T细胞中建立和优化基因编辑技术,开发新型疾病治疗方法。3. 开发实现内源基因表达调控以及表观遗传状态修饰的新技术,并应用其建立疾病模型和新型治疗方法。 

  招聘方向为: 

  1. 应用和优化基因编辑技术开发新型CAR-T疗法,进行临床前实验和临床研究。 

  2. 开发新型基因工程工具和技术。 

  3. 建立大片段基因组编辑技术构建复杂动物模型的方法。

  应聘条件: 

  1. 生物化学、分子生物学、计算生物学和微生物学等相关领域,于近三年内获得博士学位;博士期间或近三年内以第一作者身份发表SCI论文;专业知识扎实,熟练掌握博士学习领域相关实验技术。 

  2. 对于科学研究具有较强的兴趣和热情,具有较强的独立工作能力,诚实、富有责任心和团队合作精神。 

  3. 具有良好的英文文献阅读、写作和口头表达能力,已发表过较高水平的研究论文者优先考虑; 

  4. 身体健康,能长期稳定工作,年龄不超过35周岁。
